We hope that you and your loved ones are staying well during this challenging time for all.
At Direct Agents, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and adjusting our business practices as necessary to focus on our three priorities:
- The wellbeing and safety of our employees
- Continuing our outstanding service to our clients
- Supporting all efforts to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19
We remain fully operational and have proactively activated our Business Continuity Plan designed to prevent service interruption. At this point, the majority of our employees are working remotely to help socially distance themselves and do their part to stop the spread. We have prepared for this event and are fortunate that our business allows us to transition to a remote workforce when needed. This makes us confident in our ability to continue providing great service to our clients and conducting business normally.
