Ronnie’s family immigrated from Ecuador to the US when he was two years old. Growing up, Ronnie faced many challenges and setbacks, but he always put his family’s emphasis on hard work and discipline at the forefront of everything he did. No matter what obstacle arose, he continued pushing himself to keep looking for ways to improve professionally and personally.
During his 6.5 years at Direct Agents, Ronnie has grown from a Junior Analyst to Director all while working towards his US citizenship, which he attained this year. It has been a challenging journey, but Ronnie’s story illustrates the power of optimism, perseverance, grit, and dedication.
