We’re gearing up to start another exciting session of working with and mentoring CUNY students in our Hyperlink program! Hyperlink provides transformative mentorship connections and foundational training in career development for high-potential but underserved minority students. As a minority-owned business that has always placed inclusion and innovation at the forefront of everything it does, we’re uniquely qualified to provide students with an invaluable career-launching experience.
Monthly training groups and workshops will be paired with one-on-one mentorship sessions hosted by our trained experts in all things digital at the Direct Agents office. Our goal is to foster a supportive environment and further the dialogue between mentors and students.
The driving force behind the Hyperlink Mentor Program and other community initiatives is giving back to the New York community. Thought leadership events, volunteering activities, and DA Gives Back, a program that allows employees to take a paid day off to participate in service activities, are a few more of Direct Agents’ efforts to engage with the community.
