Last month, we held an EOY all-hands meeting to provide an open platform for mid-level employees to present to the entire company.
Our Town Hall meeting was a great opportunity for rising leaders across all teams to showcase new trends and upcoming projects for Q1. It was also a great way to reinforce DA’s culture and values and get everyone in the company involved. Team members across all departments had the chance to share new and exciting work that they’re spearheading going into 2022. Representatives across DA shared new processes, emerging technologies, revamped tools, business updates and wins, holistic industry shifts, and much more.
“It’s always great to be able to give our rising team members a larger platform to showcase their awesome work, but my favorite part of our town hall was getting to see how enthusiastic each department was to cheer on their colleagues!” shared Sara Martinez-Noriega, VP of HR.
