Our team of analysts proceeded by leveraging audience research to generate numerous audience targeting segments and keyword groups which were implemented for initial testing; the testing discovered which segments drove revenue and acquired new customers most efficiently.

Through campaign testing and competitive research, Direct Agents uncovered the most profitable product and keyword combinations and identified opportunities to win customers from competitor brands within key product categories. Our extensive platform testing (i.e. Facebook vs. Instagram) and placement tests within Amazon (Sponsored Product vs Headline Search vs. Product Display) and Google (Google Search, Shopping, YouTube) allowed us to optimize campaigns towards core KPIs.
