Combat the impacts of COVID-19 by increasing Social efficiency & scale
during a time where entire industries are being negatively impacted.

How We Did It

PART I:

Leveraged APIs to extract multi-year product level performance data at scale.

PART II:

Mapped seasonality trends to account for normal product sales
fluxuations.

PART III:

Statistically analyzed each product’s performance against seasonality trends and media spend to extract insights into most vs least impacted products and categories.

Results

Identified counter cyclical product trends within the comfort category,
supporting the theory that while people are on lockdown comfort becomes a greater need.

Launched “Relax at Home” comfort focused Facebook marketing campaigns

“Relax at Home” campaigns proved to be successful with an increase in both scale Spend +248%, and efficiency ROAS +47%.
