This year, mental health feels more top of mind than ever. At Direct Agents, we’re kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month by taking a company-wide Self-Care Day on Friday, May 1.

We will still be available to answer any urgent requests or emails and keep our finger on the pulse to ensure campaigns will be running with no interruption while our staff takes this day to appreciate what we have and practice mental self-care.

We are in this together as we take some time to reset and prepare for May, and invite you to join us with some self-care of your own! Below are some great resources to rest and recharge.

  1. Headspace is offering free meditations.
  2. Try a free at-home workout with apps like Peloton and Aaptiv, offering free trials or limited free access.
  3. Feel good by doing good! Direct Agents made a significant donation to Frontline Foods today and we want to help continue to support those on the front lines. We encourage you to share and raise money where you can for this great organization.  Click here to contribute.
