THE CHALLENGE

Hubble, a leading contact lens and eyewear brand, tasked the Direct Agents team with scaling revenue from paid search following the pause of paid social channels. The goal was to increase acquisition from Brand and Non-Brand campaigns by 15%.

How we did it

Increased YouTube and Google Discovery investment to supplement awareness lost from Paid Social. Retargeting audiences were diversified to increase overall campaign traffic and push new users down the funnel.

Implemented Konami AI (DA’s proprietary automated bidding technology) across campaigns to improve efficiency and scale.

Created Dynamic Search Ad campaigns to target a wider range of searches across Google.

Focused on growing international campaigns (UK/CA) through a new Smart Shopping campaign and Dynamic Search Ads once the value was proved in the US.

Restructured all Non-Brand and conquesting campaigns to improve keyword grouping, growing brand presence across our most direct competitors.
