Dinesh Boaz, Managing Director and co-founder
Dinesh Boaz is an entrepreneur and leader in the digital marketing industry. He co-founded Direct Agents in 2003 with his brother Josh. As Managing Director, Dinesh oversees the strategic development of the advertising sales, marketing and search divisions of Direct Agents. Through his leadership and innovation, Dinesh has launched several successful new programs for Direct Agents including expanding their client base internationally into the UK and Germany and starting a local search engine marketing division. Dinesh has spoken at several leading industry conferences including ad:tech, OMMA and AffCon.
In addition to his accomplishments for Direct Agents, he is an advanced level ranked squash player, an accomplished musician and has built and maintained a successful recording studio (SweetSoundsNYC.com). Despite the demands of his professional and social life, Dinesh is a dedicated husband and father.
Josh Boaz, Managing Director and co-founder
Josh Boaz was named one of DMNews’ 30 Under 30 Brightest Stars in the direct, database and interactive marketing industry in 2010 for his ability to drive measurable results and deliver fresh insight into the marketing challenges of the interactive marketing industry.
As Managing Director and co-founder of Direct Agents, with his brother Dinesh, Josh oversees the strategic development of the media buying, client management and technology divisions of Direct Agents. Through his leadership and innovation, Josh has launched several highly successful new programs for the company including Affiliate Program Management, a leading outsourced affiliate solution, ChoiceDegree, a career education focused informational resource, and DA Prospect Email, a direct response marketing solution that utilizes email marketing to provide the execution, messaging and targeting to deliver maximum customer acquisition and retention.
Josh attended NYU’s Stern School of Business and received a degree in Marketing and Finance. While working at Direct Agents, he continued his education at Fordham University where he received his Juris Doctorate in May 2009, and was admitted as an attorney to the New York State Bar in 2010. Josh lives with his wife in Brooklyn, New York.
Lyle Srebnick, SVP of Sales
Lyle Srebnick has been with Direct Agents since its inception in March 2003. As SVP of Sales, Lyle has helped Direct Agents develop and grow its Prospect Email Marketing and Lead Generation services. Through his entrepreneurial spirit and sales drive, Lyle has been responsible for helping Direct Agents land key clients and brands including: ServiceMaster Brands, Samsung, Geico, Cole Haan, Sprint and the Wall Street Journal. In addition, Lyle has also cultivated some of Direct Agents’ largest vendor relationships.
When not at work, Lyle can be found playing hockey and soccer.
Megan Conahan, VP of Advertising Sales
Megan Conahan is responsible for training, developing and advising the advertising sales team of Direct Agents. Megan started with Direct Agents in 2005 and is currently excelling in her role as VP of Advertising Sales. She has played a crucial role in expanding Direct Agents’ client base into the UK and Germany. In 2008, Megan was recognized as a finalist for the “Stevie Women in Business Award.” Megan is very active in the online advertising industry and recently spoke at Affiliate Summit West 2011 on the topic of Email Marketing and the Brand.
Mark Glauberson, VP of Media Buying
Mark Glauberson is the Vice President of Media Buying at Direct Agents. He started at Direct Agents in 2006 as a Media Buyer and has since grown to be responsible for ad sales, business development, and managing the distribution side of the business. One of his primary duties includes handling Direct Agents’ affiliate relationships.
What he enjoys most about his job is working in a rapidly growing industry, being surrounded by entrepreneurial minds, and taking part in a constantly changing environment. While working at Direct Agents, Mark received his MBA from Baruch.
During the winter, Mark can be found hitting the ski slopes. His favorite spot is Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Daniel Owen, VP of Search Marketing and Technology
Daniel Owen is the VP of Search Marketing and Technology at Direct Agents.
Daniel utilizes his 7+ years of search marketing experience to successfully provide global businesses as well as SMB’s with effective and affordable ways to acquire new customers through search engine marketing. Under his leadership, the search marketing department has developed new technologies and cutting edge methodologies to offer the best and most relevant ways for clients to reach their target consumers. Daniel has also written articles about local search and has advised on search marketing panels in the New York area.
Prior to Direct Agents, Daniel co-founded two startup companies. One venture was in mobile technologies and the other venture was in online lead generation. Daniel received his MBA from USC and BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
Rachel Nugent, VP of Client Services
Rachel Nugent, Vice President of Client Services, has been at Direct Agents since 2007 where she started as an Account Manager, and has emerged as an exemplary executive. Managing the Account Management team and several key advertising clients, she is responsible for ensuring that advertisers have a successful campaign experience. Rachel has exemplified her leadership skills, helping the company retain and grow many crucial brands, such as AccuQuote, Insweb, and Bidz among others. Rachel was named as a finalist for the “Stevie Women in Business Award.” Prior to joining Direct Agents, Rachel worked as a children’s book editor. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
