1) How long have you been working at Direct Agents?
I’ve been here a little over three years now.

2) What attracted you to Direct Agents?
The opportunity for advancement was one of the things that attracted me to Direct Agents. They have made it so clear that if you do well that you will advance within the company. They have worked with me every step of the way to ensure I will be successful and to really help me grow.

3) What are some of the best parts about working at Direct Agents?
The people are definitely the best part of working at Direct Agents. I get to work with a great group of people who I look up to and admire on a day to day basis. Everyone wants you to succeed here and is always willing to help in any way possible.

4) How has your career grown at Direct Agents?
I was hired as a Media Buyer at Direct Agents. Eventually I was promoted to Advertising sales and moved into management. Currently I’m a Senior Sales Manager which allows me to continue my work with media buying and ad sales but I also manage a team of media buyers to help them succeed here as well.

5) Direct Agents is known for the events it has for its employees, which is your favorite?
Well despite my well known love of happy hours my favorite Direct Agents event was getting to go to the Dominican Republic with the whole company. This event allowed the team at Direct Agents to enjoy time together and get to know one another better while relaxing in one of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean.

6) What’s your favorite thing to do after work?
After work I’ll either be going out to dinner or drinks with friends and co-workers or at home catching up on my reality TV…I have a bit of an addiction.
